Rach is Head of Community Investment and Strategic Partnerships at Sovereign Network Group (SNG) and is part of the leadership team of the SNG Community Foundation. She leads a wide range of Community Investment initiatives, customer-led social action and place-based programmes across the south of England, London and Hertfordshire, creating positive, sustainable change for communities.
Rach has worked in a variety of roles across the charitable, private and public sectors and has led community investment collaborations from hyper-local to European level. Rach is known for her energising approach and action focused thinking and enjoys facilitating cross-sector collaboration across communities, maximising on powerful partnership working and generating social impact.
Rach is a keen motorcyclist and enjoys spending her downtime at race circuits across the UK and Europe at track day events. Rach is passionate about the benefits motorcycling brings to social mobility, mental health and general wellbeing and is training to become a road-riding instructor in her free time.
