About Ravinder Masih
Ravi Masih is Strategy and Responsible Business Manager as part of Severn Trent’s corporate strategy team, supporting strategic objectives across the business. Ravi joined Severn Trent in 2022 as part of the sustainability team, to steer its social sustainability strategy. Ravi is responsible for the measurement of social impact and the advancement of social value as a measurement tool across relevant aspects of the business. In addition to the ‘S’ in ESG, Ravi oversaw a team responsible for ESG disclosures and sustainability reporting as well as coordinating the annual agenda for the Board’s Corporate Sustainability Committee. Prior to joining Severn Trent, Ravi spent 15 years in sport, using its power to address social issues in local communities.
Severn Trent is a business that is rooted in the region and having spent his entire UK career in the West Midlands, Ravi is proud to join the West Midlands Leadership Board, collaborating with other business leaders to help the region thrive.
Ravi is also a proud Canadian and relishes any opportunity to go back to Canada to see family and friends.
Ravi has served on Business in the Community’s West Midlands Leadership board since February 2026.
