Richard’s early career began at Taylor Woodrow, where he developed through a range of Facilities Management roles before moving on to ISS. There, he held several senior leadership positions over more than a decade, including serving as regional CEO. This wealth of experience leading large, multi-billion dollar operations has equipped him with a strong foundation in transformation, team building, and delivering strategic growth at scale—expertise now powering ABM’s next phase of development.
