Suzanne Burton is the Business Systems Director at adi Group, where she leads the development and implementation of systems, reporting, and training to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. She is passionate about making adi a better place to work, enhancing project delivery, and empowering teams through smarter processes and tools.
Suzanne chose to join the West Midlands Business in the Community (BITC) Leadership Board because she is deeply committed to responsible business. She believes in developing future talent, promoting equal opportunities, and ensuring that businesses play a meaningful role in supporting their communities and the wider world.
Outside of work, Suzanne has volunteered with Cats Protection for over eight years, dedicating her time to animal welfare and community support. She is also a keen pianist and treasures spending as much time as possible with her beloved niece and nephews.
