This Green Skills Lab Blueprint outlines five steps to build the culture and capabilities of achieiving a net zero future.
Last year Business in the Community (BITC) launched its first action-learning programme to help address the green skills gap and support businesses by developing actionable plans that define the necessary culture and competencies for driving a just transition.
Over the course of five workshops, participants explored how the future workforce needs will differ from the present, discussed organisational challenges and tested new approaches.
In this blueprint we summarise the steps businesses can take to build the skills needed to accelerate net zero and climate resilience.
