Cross Organisational Mentoring Circles 14th Cohort launch

Wed, 01 October @ 10:00 – 12:30

This is an online event taking place on MS Teams.
Audience
Only for participants in the 14th Cohort of Business in the Community (BITC)’s Cross-Organisational Mentoring Circles, including organisation D&I contacts, mentors and mentees.
Background
BITC’s Race at Work Cross Organisational Mentoring Circle (COMC) is a six-month mentoring programme that matches ethnically diverse mentees from a range of organisations, public, private, non-profit, into a circle. The circle is led by a mentor from another organisation, who is responsible for convening the meeting, agenda setting and imparting their experience.
The six-month programme includes monthly meetings and access to BITC’s network of guest mentors. These guest mentors deliver masterclasses on topics such as networking, relationship management, public speaking, and personal branding.
About the event
This webinar will introduce the programme to participants, who will hear from some of our alumni, and have the opportunity to connect to their mentoring circle for the first session.
