About the Event
Despite 71% of UK leaders planning to stand firm in diversity, equity and inclusion policies, at the current rate of progress, it will take until 2058 – roughly five generations from now – to reach full gender parity.
Our expert panel will explore the persistent structural obstacles to gender equality and share practical strategies for employers to drive real change in 2026 and beyond.
Panellists will also discuss key future developments, including the significant workplace reforms, including gender pay gap and menopause action planning, anticipated from April 2026 onwards, and explore what organisations can do to prepare.
