Dominic Nolan is the UK and Ireland Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) leader for Kyndryl, a global IT services company that spun off from IBM in November 2021. Its 4,000 plus customers include 75 of the Fortune 100. He is an education and skills specialist with experience of implementing face to face and online solutions in the public, charity and commercial sectors.
Dominic leads the local implementation of Kyndryl’s CSR strategy. This focuses on Future Forward Education, promoting equitable access to student-centred and technology-enabled education, ensuring all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development. As well as climate action and creating a more inclusive economy.
Prior to Kyndryl, Dominic was the Education Programme Manager for IBM’s CSR function in Europe and MEA (Middle East and Africa). He also led a UK-wide STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) education programme for the Royal Academy of Engineering and was a secondary school teacher for over 14 years.
Dominic’s volunteering activities include a role as a community governor for a local primary school.
