This event is open to businesses in Scotland who have started or are considering their social mobility actions and its integration into their broader responsible business strategy for growth.
Background
BITC Scotland Leadership Board set up a Social Mobility Working Group to define the most effective way our business members can support and accelerate on Social Mobility work already existing in Scotland.
Aegon UK, City Facilities Management, CBRE, Enterprise Mobility, Equans, FWB Park Brown, HSBC, Purpose Coalition, PwC, Shoosmiths, Sodexo (Chair) and SQA collaborated to provide the guidance we are sharing in the report.

The BITC Scotland Social Mobility Working Group welcomes the opportunity to bring businesses together to create a fairer Scotland.
- To enhance the way in which businesses understand, engage and elevate their social mobility activities
- To highlight actions which move the dial on social mobility, helping to reduce inequality and create opportunities for those within our communities
