This reception offers an opportunity to celebrate collective impact, network with peers, and contribute to shaping the future of responsible business in Scotland.
Delegates will hear from inspiring speakers, engage in an interactive pledging session, and explore BITC’s key focus areas including in-work poverty, economic inactivity, and just transition. The event provides a unique opportunity to connect with BITC’s leadership network and influence the next phase of collaborative business action
Background
With rising levels of in-work poverty, regional inequalities, and economic inactivity, businesses have a vital role to play in driving inclusive growth. This reception invites attendees to reflect on their collective impact and explore how responsible business can shape a fairer, greener future—particularly through action on In-Work Poverty, the Glasgow Place programme, Aberdeen Just Transition project, and tackling economic inactivity with Scotland’s public sector.
