This is an online event.

Audience

Open to all Business in the Community (BITC) members and non-members who have participated in the 12th Cohort of the Cross Organisational Mentoring Circle (COMC) programme.

Background

BITC’s Cross Organisational Mentoring Circle (COMC) programme connects mentees from racialised groups with mentors from other organisations. The programme provides personal development opportunities, facilitates the expansion of professional networks and encourages shared learning with peers and leaders from other participating organisations.

The six-month programme comprises monthly meetings with a regular mentor. In addition, there is access to BITC’s network of guest mentors who can provide masterclasses on topics ranging from networking and relationship management to public speaking and personal branding.

About the event

This event will bring together mentors and mentees of the 12th cohort of the Cross Organisational Mentoring Circles, which is now drawing to a close, to celebrate success, share best practices, and network across all circles.

Attendees will engage, reflect, and share with peers, and thank those who have supported them along the journey. They will also hear from fellow mentors and mentees about their experiences in the mentoring circle programme. Our Race Equality Director, will share practical top tips to build capacity and racialised groups colleague’s progression.
