Join mentors and mentees of the 14th Cohort to celebrate success together.

This is an online event.

Audience

Open to all Business in the Community (BITC) members and non-members who have participated in the 14th Cohort of the Cross Organisational Mentorting Circle (COMC) programme.

Background

Cross Organisational Mentoring Circles (COMC) creates a supportive space to connect Black, Asian, Mixed Race, and other ethnically diverse employees across our Responsible Business Network.

Participants are matched with other professionals from different organisations to share their experiences, challenges, and aspirations, working in circles. The mentoring circles are led by a senior leader from a participating organisation, who facilitates conversations and learning over a six-month period.

The mentoring circles empower participants to gain new insights, learn from each other’s experiences, and build a network of support and encouragement.

A cost is associated with participation in the programme, with both BITC member and non-member rates available. If you are a BITC member, please get in touch with your Relationship Manager or Adviser for more information. If you are not a member, feel free to contact us at comc@bitc.org.uk.

About the event

This special event brings together mentors and mentees from the 14th cohort of the Cross-Organisational Mentoring Circles as the programme draws to a close. It is an opportunity to celebrate achievements, share experiences and stories, and connect with peers across all circles.

Our Director of Inclusion and Wellbeing Advisory, Shannon Rivers, will offer reflections on the journey so far and what this milestone means for everyone involved. Throughout the event, attendees will have space to engage with one another, reflect on their growth, and express appreciation to those who have supported them along the way.

You will also hear from alumni and fellow mentors and mentees as they share their experiences and insights from the programme, which offer inspiration for the next chapter ahead.
