Business in the Community is delighted to host a review launch discussion in partnership with the review’s authors, exclusively for members.

About the event

Following the launch of the Keep Britain Working review, led by Sir Charlie Mayfield, former Chairman of the John Lewis Partnership, Business in the Community is delighted to host a Review Launch Discussion in partnership with the review’s authors, exclusively for our members.

This session offers BITC members a unique opportunity to hear directly from those involved in leading the review, gain first-hand insight into the recommendations, and explore how your organisation can play a pivotal role in shaping the future of workplace health and wellbeing through the first stage of implementation. It’s also a chance to position your organisation as a visible leader in driving national reform in this critical space.

Business in the Community’s Leadership Teams – alongside our Wellbeing and Education, Employment and Skills campaigns – have supported shaping the review, drawing on nearly two decades of evidence-based leadership in workplace wellbeing. We anticipate this to be a defining moment for the UK’s approach to workplace wellbeing – ushering in bold, forward-looking change.

Keep Britain Working is an independent review, commissioned by the Secretaries of State for Work and Pensions and Business and Trade in November 2024, to explore the role of employers in tackling health based economic inactivity and promoting healthy and inclusive workplaces.
