This event is open to new members of Business in the Community (BITC) or new contacts from existing BITC members in larger companies.

About the event

The New Member Induction is an opportunity for new members and contacts to better understand BITC’s purpose, values and missions. It highlights the key elements and opportunities of BITC Membership. This webinar also provides a chance for attendees to share expected ambitions and challenges, as well as ask any questions to existing members about their personal experiences and how BITC has added value to their organisation.

Event details

This event will induct new members, and new contacts from current member companies, to BITC. Specific objectives for the event are for new BITC contacts to: 

• Inspiration: Be inspired to take more action on responsible business with BITC. 
• Orientation: Have a clear understanding of what BITC does and how to make the most of that – aligned to the Responsible Business Map. 

• Networking: To meet other contacts within the community who you can work alongside in your responsible business journey. 

• Action: Identify the greatest opportunities for greater engagement.
