About the event
Join us for this Peer Learning Forum, where Business in the Community (BITC) members will come together to explore how diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) benchmarks and indices are being used to drive meaningful change in the workplace.
We’ll hear directly from members about the frameworks they find most valuable for measuring and enhancing inclusion. The session will also delve into how organisations have approached completing these benchmarks and indices, and how they’ve used the insights and outputs to embed lasting improvements.
