Join us to learn how to use data to uncover wellbeing and inclusion insights that strengthen organisational culture and performance.

This is an online event taking place on Microsoft Teams

Audience

Business in the Community (BITC) members with advisory, as well as non-members who have an advisory package with us. Hosted by our issue experts, there are 20 forums a year, covering a range of responsible business areas and enabling our members to discuss challenges, solutions and ideas.

We particularly welcome attendees with responsibility for health and wellbeing, human resources and diversity, equity and inclusion within their organisations. Each attending organisation is limited to two places to maintain the intimacy of the event and maximise opportunities for cross-organisational learning.

About the event

Data can play a crucial role in enhancing wellbeing and inclusion at work – the foundations of human performance – by providing insights into differing employee needs, preferences and experiences.

  • How can you leverage the data you already hold to boost your organisation’s productivity and performance?
  • How effective are your current ways of listening to your employees – are you gathering the right data in the right ways?
  • How are you communicating your insights to inform strategic decision making at the most senior levels of the organisation?
  • What role can AI play in capturing qualitative and quantitative insights from your employees?

Join this timely online event conducted under the Chatham House Rule to learn and share.
