This event is open to both members and non-members of Business in the Community (BITC). We are keen to welcome social enterprises and SMEs at the event.
Join us for a cross-sector, thought-provoking networking event focused on the power of local: living local, working local, hiring local and – most importantly – buying local.
This is a unique opportunity to discuss what a Place-based approach means for the West Midlands. We are inviting businesses of all sizes to join the debate on what a truly local economy requires to enable smaller enterprises, social enterprises and large businesses to collaborate more effectively and enable better community cohesion.
With insights from industry experts and policymakers, the event aspires to create future business connections, explore sustainable approaches, and find practical solutions to enable better collaboration across all business sectors.
The event will finish with a talking tour of the Ryton Campus, where Coventry University is conducting research into sustainable food systems through public food procurement.
Refreshments
Light refreshments will be served.
