This Sodexo-hosted visit focuses on a critical insight: poverty is not just an outcome—it is rooted in unequal access to opportunity. Social mobility is the underlying driver. 
By addressing barriers to education, employment, skills, and stability, businesses can play a decisive role in breaking cycles of disadvantage. Through immersive engagement with frontline organisations, this visit will challenge perceptions, build understanding, and catalyse action by connecting corporate capability with community need; bringing to life why this not only makes good ‘social sense’, but good business sense to get behind!
