The UK’s most highly profiled and well-established listing of employers taking action to create more gender-equal workplaces, the Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality has been driving awareness and impact on this agenda for over 15 years.
Entering the award provides a unique opportunity for your current policies and approach to be reviewed by independent advisers who offer expert advice, benchmark against industry leaders and provide actionable feedback to refine your strategies and make meaningful progress toward a more inclusive, equitable workplace.
