Rachel Fellows joined Bettys and Taylors (home of Yorkshire Tea, Taylors of Harrogate Teas and Coffees and Bettys Yorkshire Café Tea Rooms) in 2013. She is a member of the five-strong collaborative CEO team which leads the company, and she is also responsible for communications and stakeholder engagement. As Chair of the CEO, Rachel is also a member of the Group Board of Directors.
Rachel has spent much of her career in PR and Communications, primarily in retail and manufacturing. She started her career in travel and tourism working for Lonely Planet travel guides and then Thomson holidays, before joining ASDA where she was Head of PR. She joined Bettys and Taylors from Kellogg’s where she led PR and communications in the UK and across Europe. Rachel joined Business in the Community’s (BITC) BITC Yorkshire and Humber Regional Leadership Board at the end of 2021.
