Collaboration with Business in the Community’s Wellbeing Advisory Team
Noting the key areas of improvement highlighted through their submission, Audit Scotland collaborated with BITCās wellbeing advisory team to receive tailored support to drive further impact.
BITC Wellbeing Advisory Lead, Kate Hinder supported Audit Scotland in convening internal stakeholders to complete the Workwell SAT in a workshop-style format, ensuring that a diverse range of perspectives and experiences were reflected in the submission.
Susan Burgess, Head of HR at Audit Scotland shared: āBy bringing together colleagues, including union representatives, in a session ran by BITC, we were able to highlight areas of good practice around wellbeing and to identify potential improvementsā.
