John Tipler is the Regional Director for the South Midlands region at Royal Mail. In this role John, leads operations, strategic planning, customer service initiatives as well as driving social and environmental impact across the region. With over 25 years of experience in management within Royal Mail, John has a proven track record of fostering partnerships between businesses and local communities to achieve sustainable growth having worked in various leadership roles across the UK.
John joined Royal Mail in 1988 and quickly rose through the ranks due to his dedication and innovative approach to leadership which led to his promotion to Regional Director in 2023.
John is passionate about the community he serves at Royal Mail and ensures they are at the heart of what he does when leading his team. John leads several corporate initiatives around corporate social responsibility at Royal Mail and is keen to continue to support his community further, leveraging off his achievements within Royal Mail.
