Kevin Rhone joined Novus Property Solutions in 2011 as the lead for strategic development and delivery of Novus Property Solutions Responsible Business programme. His work focuses on reducing poverty, wellbeing support and improving the environment within the communities where Novus services are delivered.

Novus Property Solutions are an award-winning property maintenance company with a very clear mission. This is to deliver a safe workforce that provides quality service, commitment and sustainability to communities throughout the UK. Kevin is passionate about community development and is proud to have played a key part in supporting over 1,000 community and charitable projects with Novus.

Becoming a member of Business in the Community’s West Midlands Leadership Board allows Kevin and Novus Property Solutions to become part of the largest business-led movement, addressing community issues and working collectively to tackle some of the wider challenges our society faces.

Outside of work Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, with three young children to keep him busy. He also coaches and plays football, and volunteers in his local community.
