Opening Doors Progress Report 2025: Inclusive Recruitment in Action
The Opening Doors Progress Report 2025 provides the first comprehensive assessment of how employers are turning their inclusive recruitment commitments into action. Based on survey responses from 36 Opening Doors signatories between June and July 2025, it highlights where inclusive recruitment practices are taking hold, where challenges persist, and what employers plan to focus on in the year ahead.
For the first time, progress has been assessed against all 25 actions in the Opening Doors framework, reflecting how priorities shift as organisations mature their approach. The findings show the collective impact so far and identify opportunities for stronger collaboration and deeper change across sectors.
