About Siobhan Moynihan


Siobhan re-joined Bupa in February 2022 as CFO of Bupa Global, India & UK having previously been Finance Director of Bupa ā€˜s UK Insurance business. Her responsibilities include leading the finance teams to deliver sustainable growth for the Group through both organic and inorganic opportunities in addition to supporting the wider transformation activities of the business. Within Bupa Siobhan has served on several Boards and Committees including the Bupa Foundation. Siobhan chairs the Wellbeing Leadership Team for BITC, the UK’s largest and longest established business-led membership organisation dedicated to responsible business. Siobhan chose to join the leadership team as she is enthusiastic about the role that businesses can play in supporting the health and wellbeing of colleagues and communities and is keen to engage many more businesses in these initiatives.

Prior to joining Bupa, Siobhan was Finance Director at Resolution Life Group a global life insurance group. Earlier in her career Siobhan was Chief Internal Auditor of Coventry Building Society, CFO of London Capital Group plc a listed CFD and spread betting business and was a Director with Deloitte.

Outside of Bupa Siobhan is a school governor and executive mentor. Siobhan is based in London and enjoys spending time with family, running, and travelling.

Siobhan has served on Business in the Community’s Wellbeing Leadership Team board and as chair since April 2025.

Wellbeing Leadership Team Chair

Our Leadership Teams are made up of senior executives who lead and support each of our issue areas and campaigns: Climate Action, Employment and Skills, Gender Equality, Responsible Business, Race Equality, and Wellbeing. The purpose of the Business in the Community (BITC) Wellbeing Leadership Team is to build a movement committed to positioning health and wellbeing as strategic boardroom issues, with a particular focus on mental health. As a team, the team drives collective action on workplace wellness through evidence-based, practical solutions.
