Caroline Missen is Business Advisor to Shell’s Downstream Director. She joined Shell 15 years ago in the UK and has held a number of European and international marketing roles in the Global Commercial business covering B2B segments, automotive manufacturers and channel partners, based in London, Beijing and in Washington DC.
Caroline has been focused on digitalisation for Shell, piloting new business models and non-traditional approaches to working.
In Australia, she worked with Ford, and in executive roles with two industry associations. She also owned and managed a boutique winery for five years.
Caroline has a science degree from the University of Melbourne and a masters in Marketing from Monash University.
She is a Trustee of London-based charity The Food Chain and is Chair of Balance, Shell’s employee network focused on driving gender equality in the UK, building on her passion for developing and mentoring people.
