Summary

An afternoon filled with inspiration and collaboration with leading businesses from across the West Midlands.

About the event

We are inviting Chief Executive Officers and Chief People Officers to join Business in the Community (BITC) at the Fairer Recruitment event, an afternoon filled with inspiration and collaboration with leading businesses from across the West Midlands.

This event will provide you with a unique opportunity to learn from other C-suite leaders who are working collaboratively to support those most in need and experiencing barriers to employment in our communities.

The session will share the experiences of organisations that, through working in partnership to maximise social inclusion, tackle social mobility and youth unemployment. While also creating sustainable and meaningful pathways to supporting people with complex needs to thrive.

In addition, we will be sharing best practice of how by supporting social entrepreneurship, you can create sustainable social impact through procurement practices. Our ambition for this event is to inspire you to take action on a personal level to support and grow a local initiative and demonstrate how you can use your influence, experience and connections as a force for good.
