Thu, 16 October Ā @Ā 10:30 Ā –Ā 11:30

This is an online event taking place on Microsoft Teams
Audience
This event is open to members and non-members of Business in the Community (BITC). It will be of interest to HR, people and talent professionals, wellbeing and inclusion practitioners/managers, senior leaders responsible for workplace wellbeing, and any organisation looking to improve the impact of their wellbeing strategy.
About the event
This event will bring together BITCās latest analysis of SAT data with insight from organisations who have put the tool into practice. By combining trends and evidence with case studies and practical examples, attendees will gain both a high-level understanding of the wellbeing landscape and practical steps to apply in their own organisations. The discussion will highlight both the opportunities and challanges across both larger organisations and SMEs, demonstrate the value of cross-sector learning, and provide inspiration for turning insights into action. This event will:
⢠Share the latest wellbeing insights from two years of the Workwell SAT.
⢠Highlight trends and challenges across organisations of different sizes and sectors.
⢠Hear directly from three organisations (to be announced) on how they have used the SAT to shape their wellbeing strategy and implementation.
⢠Provide practical tips and actions that attendees can take forward in their own organisations.
Background
Launched in 2023, the Workwell Self-Assessment Tool (SAT) is a free resource helping organisations benchmark and improve their approach to employee wellbeing. In its first two years, over two hundred organisations have completed the SAT, creating unique insights into workplace wellbeing maturity.
This anniversary event will share new findings, highlight progress, and explore where further action is needed. Organisations, from a range of sectors, will share how the SAT has shaped their wellbeing journeys, from cultural shifts to practical actions.
BITCās Workwell model exists to support businesses in accelerating progress and embedding employee wellbeing within the culture.
Confirmed event speakers include:
- Sally Baines, Director of People Experience, OVO
- Dr Chris Tomkins, Head of Organisational Health & Wellbeing, Square Health
