In this webinar Lucy Symonds, Corporate Responsibility Manager, Phoenix Group, shared how the Phoenix Group have navigated their way through the Covid-19 pandemic, supporting their colleagues and community partners. She also explained how they have adjusted their business as usual activities to add value and ensure these stakeholders are the priority during this unprecedented time.
Anne Willmot, BITC’s Age at Work director also joined the conversation and shared guidance compiled by the BITC Age Leadership team, which the Phoenix Group chairs, on the 5 key actions companies need to take to create an Age Friendly workplace. Anne explained why this needs to be a part of companies’ strategy to ensure they Build Back Better.
