In this webinar recording, Caroline Missen, Business Advisor to Downstream Director, Shell, spoke about the approach Shell is taking during the health crisis, in particular the challenges and opportunities faced around employee wellbeing and inclusion. A member of Business in the Community’s (BITC’s) Gender Leadership Team, Caroline also talked about the risks the pandemic poses to women’s equality at work and ways to potentially mitigate. She was joined by Charlotte Woodworth, BITC’s Gender Equality Campaign Director.
