Audience

Business in the Community (BITC) members who have advisory in their membership package. Our Peer Learning Forums (PLF) are open to all members who have advisory in their membership package – hosted by our issue experts, there are 20 forums a year, covering a range of responsible business areas and enabling our members to discuss challenges, solutions and ideas. Wellbeing and inclusion practitioners, HR professionals and ERG leads will find this session particularly useful.

About the event

“What’s measured is treasured” and “what’s measured gets managed” are commonly used phrases in the world of responsible business.  Why is it that so many organisations report difficulty in determining the right measurements to demonstrate the bottom-line benefits of a healthier and happier workforce?  This session will present an ideal opportunity for BITC members to learn and share what data and insights are really shifting the dial.

BITC’s Self-Assessment Tool (SAT) takes a measurement lens and applies it to the whole of the Workwell Model, confirming its fundamental importance in today’s lean operating environment.

BITC’s Peer Learning Forums provide a confidential environment to discuss common issues, solutions, and good practice. There will be an emphasis on discussion and sharing experiences. All contributions from businesses will be confidential within the group and won’t be shared externally by BITC.
