Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)

Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) refers to – a set of standards that investors use to assess a company’s risk management and social and environmental performance. Originally used by investors, ESG is now a framework that enables evaluating and scoring company performance in each of the three areas for investment decisions. Institutions and individuals have historically relied on ESG to guide their investment, divestment, and stewardship decisions.
