Untapped Talent Advisory Board

Providing inclusive, good quality employment is one of the most significant ways that businesses can positively impact communities. Still, there are cohorts of jobseekers that existing employability schemes are struggling to reach.

The Untapped Talent Advisory Board works to remove barriers.
These can include long term unemployment, homelessness, criminal convictions, refugee status or a combination of several factors. These barriers may be compounded by other factors such as ethnicity, gender, age or disability.
