Ready for Work

Drawing on the experience of delivering the Ready for Work programme, Business in the Community is working across the UK on projects that support people facing disadvantage to enter good quality employment.
Signing up to Business in the Community’s Ready for Work programme finally put an end to Charn’s year-long search for a job. Now, happily employed with leading retailer Marks and Spencer, Charn feels like her life is back on track and she’s excited about what the future holds.
