We are The Prince’s Responsible Business Network in Wales - a business-led membership organisation made up of progressive businesses of all sizes from all over Wales who understand that the prosperity of business and society are mutually dependent.

We are a growing movement and now work with over 200 companies in Wales from SMEs to leading brands. We offer tailored advice and support to help companies to improve their responsible business practices, to align them with local social issues where they can really make a difference, along with the Welsh policy agenda. We also offer a variety of ways for companies to come together to collaborate on key social issues as well as learn from each other. For example

Age at Work
Business in the Community Cymru wants to encourage and support businesses to build age-friendly workplaces where older employees can thrive. We have formed a partnership with Age Cymru to support employers through the Age at Work programme, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
Under the key strands of retention, retraining and recruitment, Age at Work will work with employers to develop a more age-inclusive workplace and understand the benefits of an intergenerational workforce. It will also support older workers (aged 50 plus) who want to remain in work. It highlights the need to begin preparation for work in later life and retirement at an earlier stage.
