Mike Lamont is the Director of Corporate and Commercial Banking leading the Coventry and Warwickshire Team for NatWest, where he has worked for 36 years, 25 of these within commercial banking. He is the Territory Lead for the Wellbeing agenda across the Midlands and is one of the Groups Diversity and Inclusion Champions.
Mike is also a Trustee of NK Theatre Arts and sits on its Board of Trustees. NK Theatre Arts is a charitable trust supporting over 350 young adults and is a fully inclusive organisation.
He has recently become a member of Business in the Community’s (BITC) West Midlands Leadership Board and is really keen to support businesses with purpose driven initiatives and visions.
Mike is the Director of a Business Improvement District, delivering a business plan based on improving green spaces, supporting climate and carbon neutral initiatives and collaborates with his Board with diverse local community and local authority groups.
He is also the Compliance Director for his family boutique recruitment agenda, as a Diploma Associate of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation ensuring Diversity and Inclusion policies are at the forefront of all client activity.
