Nadine Ledanois Ikin has been working for AXA for 23 years both in France and the UK, and has held a number of positions during that time.
She is a French engineer, having been to one of the French “grandes ecoles” – EISTI, near Paris. She started her career in the nuclear industry before moving to AXA. She is originally from Normandy and settled near Chepstow 13 years ago with her husband and young family.
Nadine leads large change programmes for the AXA UK Head Office, with her expertise being on companies’ sales and acquisitions, pension transformation projects and IT Change.
