Richard Bovey is Executive for digital consultancy and development agency AND Digital’s new Birmingham office. He is dedicated to supporting Midlands clients and AND Digital’s rapid growth in the region.
Richard has a passion for growing and nurturing high-performing teams focussed on delivering impact and accelerated digital transformation. He will be bringing AND Digital’s unique operating model to the region: small business responsiveness and a people first culture with big business clout and deep technical expertise.
Richard’s background has been dedicated to Midlands enterprise. After 10 years in Birmingham “big four” technology consulting, he then grew Jaguar Land Rover’s (JLR) digital capability with a brand of transformation laser focused on value delivery, winning national awards including the 2022 DataIQ Data team of the year. As Director of Digital Portfolio, Richard modernised JLR’s technology infrastructure, talent strategy and approach to technical delivery.
