Caitlin Kinsella is a people-centric leader with 20 years’ experience in HR, communications and business transformation. She has worked across both the public and private sector in Australia and the UK, and is firm in her belief that organisations can deliver high-quality business outcomes without compromising on purpose, respect or values.
Caitlin is currently working to create a purpose-led, engaged and inclusive workplace for over 50,000 Capita employees internationally. She joins the Business in the Community (BITC) Cost-of-Living Taskforce because she believes everyone deserves equitable access to good work, career opportunities and a real living wage. This is something that she believes needs a cross-industry approach in the current economic and social climate.

Additionally, supporting those most disadvantaged and vulnerable in society, and using the crisis as a catalyst to make the UK fairer and greener together.
This taskforce of diverse leaders will shape the outputs for the campaign and innovate together to drive action across business at pace and scale.
