Katie Grosvenor has over 20 years’ experience in marketing, media and technology, at multinational organisations including The University of Cambridge, MediaCom and Integral Ad Science.
Katie started her career in advertising in 2004 at MediaCom, working her way up to Marketing Director in 2011 and Global Operations Director in 2016, leading the Mars account.
Leaving in 2017 to explore the world of tech, Katie moved to be Head of Sales, Northern Europe, at Integral Ad Science. Her role was to help advertisers and agencies maximise their investment in technology through innovation, as well as championing the collective responsibility of the industry in sustainability and inclusion. Returning to the GroupM family in 2022, Katie’s role is to oversee the development and delivery of its growth agenda as well as its employee and client engagement plans.
Katie is a committed Bloom member and former COO. The professional network aims to future-proof women’s careers and develop action orientated solutions to tackle industry-wide equity and equality challenges. This quest for equity is why Katie is excited to be part of Business in the Community’s (BITC) Cost-of-Living Taskforce – taking learning from other industries and ensuring we are tacking the cost-of-living crisis within the advertising industry.
