Untapped Talent Taskforce

Providing inclusive, good quality employment is one of the most significant ways that businesses can positively impact communities, but there are cohorts of jobseekers that existing employability schemes are struggling to reach.

The Untapped Talent Taskforce exists to tackle barriers to employment. These can include long term unemployment, homelessness, criminal convictions, refugee status or a combination of several factors. These barriers may be compounded by other factors such as ethnicity, gender, age or disability.
